The Existentialists Podcast
I am proud to announce the launch of The Existentialists Podcast that I host along with three existential colleagues.
Our desire is to make existential therapy and its existential tenets accessible and known to a larger audience, therapists and non-therapists alike. We want to share with you how to live existentially attuned, open and in dialogue with ourselves and with the world, and fully present in the flow of existence with its ever-changing nuances and possibilities, joys and sorrows, longings and fulfillment.
In each episode of our podcast, we invite you to explore with us key existential questions and dilemmas of being human such as: how to live a good life, how to be authentic, how to enjoy fulfilling relationships, how to let our feelings reveal what is truly important for us, how to find meaning in our lives, how to encounter illness and death, how to bear our aloneness, etc.
We will engage in live dialogue with each other, sharing our personal experiences, reflections and questions, as well as relevant snapshots from our work as psychotherapists. In our talks, we will often draw on Existential Analysis (EA) view on psychotherapy and how this has shaped our personal and professional experience.
We invite you to join us by listening to our episodes and to participate in the ensuing dialogue by reflecting on the existential questions that we’ll send you each episode and by sharing your response with us. Whether you are a therapist, someone searching for a therapist or simply someone curious to check out this podcast, we hope that you will enjoy listening to us.
